Road closures scheduled for upcoming triathlon event in Kelowna.
The Kelowna Kids Triathlon is set to take place on Saturday, July 27, impacting roads near the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre and Mission Recreation Park.
The swim segment of the triathlon is scheduled at the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre. The biking and running portions will occur on closed roads surrounding Mission Recreation Park.

Road closures will include the front access road and traffic circle loop in front of MNP Place and the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Lequime Road, a section behind MNP Place will also be closed.
As transit access in front of H2O will be unavailable, part of the MNP Place parking lot will serve as a temporary transit exchange area. Vehicles exiting the facility must do so via Lequime Road to reach Gordon Drive.
